Proxim Wireless Corporation (OTCQX: PRXM) announced that RDL Comunicações, Ltd., a São Paulo-based WISP, has deployed Proxim's unlicensed WiMAX and wireless backhaul technology to enable broadband service in 10 cities throughout Brazil.
